We must receive your logo image as soon as possible after the date of your order. No proof can be sent until all information from you is received. The turnaround time for your Order will be adjusted to accommodate when your logo image is received. Orders will be automatically cancelled if your logo image is not received within 20 days.

Right Brain Creations can support .jpg, .tif, and .gif files. The images will be sized down (if necessary) to fit the design of your imprint. The higher the resolution is, the better chance that it will look as good printed as it does on the screen. Generally speaking, a graphical image that was created for a Web Site (72dpi) is not high resolution enough to result in a good quality print. We typically want an image that is at least double that (150dpi - 300dpi). We will accept any of the supported image formats in any resolution or size, but if it's smaller than one inch square, or lower resolution than 150dpi (or the equivalent), it may not be a high enough resolution enough for printing.

If you cannot send your image via email, please send it to us on a disc labeled with your name, company name, contact phone number, and order number to our mailing address listed on our Contact Page.
