1.What is the minimum order size?
Right Brain Creations requires a minimum purchase of 25 cards of the same design.
2.Do you offer personalization in languages other than English?
Right Brain Creations can print just about any personal imprint you would like. You will have the option of typing in your own custom greeting during the ordering process. Please be aware, however, that we will print exactly what you type, so make sure to carefully check your greeting during the proof process.
3.How do I make changes to my order?
Once your order has been placed, all changes will need to be made by calling customer service at 321-626-3980. Please note that no changes are allowed after you approve your proof, unless, it is an increase in quantity only.
4.How do I save my credit card information for future use?
For security purposes, Right Brain Creations does not save customer credit card numbers in user profiles.
5.Can I choose a ship date?
Right Brain Creations ships orders as soon as possible and does not allow future date shipment of your order.
6.What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We offer invoicing to large customers if arranged in advance by contacting customer service at 321-626-3980.
7.Can I get my return address printed on my envelopes?
Yes. Return address imprinting is an option you can select during the ordering process.
8.Do you make custom greeting cards?
Yes. Right Brain Creations offers custom card design service for you. We can also customize the color of existing designs for your company. There is an order amount requirement for this service. Contact customer service at 321-626-3980 for details.
9.Do your greeting cards require extra postage?
Some of our products do require extra postage, either due to size, shape, or weight. For example, square cards and cards with a Music Collection will require extra postage. Please check the weight of your cards to ensure correct postage fee before mailing, otherwise all of your cards will be returned to you.
